You can personally contact our equipment acceptance points, you can also send the device by postal means within Ukraine (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta) from abroad (Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, Meest Poshta). Delivery to the service center is carried out at the expense of the Customer. Free return delivery of equipment is carried out only within Ukraine.

The cost of diagnostics is FREE.
Diagnostics are paid in case of refusal to carry out repairs:
— 450 UAH
— 950 UAH
When refusing diagnostics, you must understand that the cause of the malfunction, previously announced by the master-receiver, may be inaccurate - change. The final cause of the equipment malfunction is determined by the master after diagnostics (disassembly).
Diagnostics includes a complete check of all the device modules and its functions. The technician, using special equipment, determines the causes of the malfunction, determines the consumables and spare parts required for repair.
It is impossible to be present during diagnostics and repairs. All work is carried out by the master in a specially equipped service room, equipped in accordance with the technical requirements of authorized manufacturers.

As a result of diagnostics, you will definitely receive feedback with the conclusion of the master and the determined cost of repair. Before repair, you can find out the preliminary calculation of the cost of repair by filling out the form, and you can also get information in the mobile application RudService. You can find out about the types of repairs that have a fixed price in the Repair section.

The duration of repairs is determined by the complexity of the work being carried out, and the delivery time of the necessary parts is also added if they are not available. As a rule, the standard repair period is up to 3 days, in some cases this period is increased, which is reported by the employees of our service center.

An employee of our service center will notify you when the repair is completed.

The service center is not responsible for the storage of personal information on the device. Before contacting us, we recommend creating backup copies of your data. The service center tries, if possible, to save all information by prior agreement.

Yes, the service center provides services for the installation of customer components. In this case, unfortunately, the center does not provide a guarantee for the work performed and parts.

— replacement of goods, protective glass, film is carried out during the warranty period upon presentation of a receipt;
— to establish a warranty case for replacing the protective glass or film, they must be with the client’s gadget;
— the obligation to replace the product, protective glass, film can be made once and only by an employee of the RudService service;
— expiration of the warranty period means the exhaustion of the seller’s warranty obligations; in the future, the replacement of the goods is carried out exclusively at the expense of the buyer;
— in the event of detection of product defects that arose through no fault of the consumer (non-compliance with operating rules);
— the warranty period is determined in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.
Warranty obligations arise and operate in accordance with the provisions of the Law of Ukraine "On the Protection of Consumer Rights", the text of which you can read on the website of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine at the link: https://zakon.rada.gov.ua/laws/show/1023 -12.
The date of purchase of the product and the warranty period for it are indicated on the receipt.
